The Villa

The villa is situated in a rural residential resort, away from the tourist area, nestling in tropical greenery and fronting the South China Sea. It is within fifty yards of a beautiful sandy beach and overlooks amazing views of offshore islands.

It is nine miles south of the airport and twelve miles from the capital city of Kota Kinabalu.

Pricing

£350.00 per week for 2 persons. Extra persons £65.00 per week.
Additional nights £12.00 per person per night.
Payment may be made either by bank transfer, cheques or by Paypal.Please note if paying by Paypal a 3% surcharge will be added.

It comfortably sleeps seven persons, plus an additional guest bed is available.

A quiet area for reading or relaxing - there is a small library of paperback books for holiday reading.

Single bedroom with ceiling fan and adjacent shower room as above.

Spacious open plan lounge and dining room with baby high chair, air conditioned, with satellite television, DVD player and iPod docking speakers.

Well fitted designer kitchen equipped with gas hob, combination microwave oven, fridge freezer and washing machine.

All bed linen and towels are supplied.

We have had an ultra state of the art filtration system fitted to the main water supply to the house giving clean and safe drinking water.

There is a large garden area complete with covered sun deck at the back of the house ideal for sunbathing, relaxing and sunset watching.

There is direct access to the beach from the rear garden.

A 'starter' provisions pack can be supplied if required e.g. milk, tea, coffee, fruit juice, beer, water, bread, cereals, butter/margarine. Please pay our manager for these items on arrival.

Please let us know which items are required.

We ask you not to smoke inside as lots of families use the Villa, and we believe that it is unfair on the following family to leave remnants of smoke

Security

Security bars are fitted on all windows. Security bars with locks fitted on all doors also Yale bar locks.

2 extra door locks are fitted on each of the front and back doors.
